Our other automation services
A good agent knows your business and stays on a leash.
The reason most AI projects disappoint is that they use a general model with no access to your world. Ask a raw chatbot about your pricing, your process or last week's order and it guesses, confidently and wrongly. A useful agent is different: it is connected to your actual data and tools, so its answers come from your reality, not from the model's imagination.
So we ground every agent in your own sources: your documentation, your knowledge base, your CRM, your product data. When it answers a question or drafts a reply, it draws on what is true for your business, and we structure it so that when it does not know, it says so instead of inventing.
An agent that acts also needs limits. We define what it is allowed to do on its own and where a human must confirm, so it can send a routine reply without approval but never, say, issue a refund or delete a record without a person in the loop. The point is leverage you can trust, not a system running unsupervised.
And an agent is not set-and-forget. We test it against real cases, watch how it behaves once live, and refine its instructions and sources over time. The result is a system that gets more useful as it learns your edge cases, not a demo that impressed once and drifted.
