Is everything clear?
Do you deliver the design only, without development?
Yes. Many clients come for design alone, then build with their own team. We hand over a complete, clean and documented Figma file, ready to develop. The design system and components come with it, so nothing gets lost in the build.
Do you work with our developers?
Yes, we do it often and it works well. We prepare the mockups with the tokens, spacing and states your developers need. We stay available during the build to clear up doubts and check the final result.
How many rounds of revisions on the mockups?
As many as it takes at the design stage, at no extra cost. A fix in Figma takes an hour, the same fix after development takes ten, so we iterate fully before coding. We only lock things once you have approved.
Do you do full brand identity?
Yes, from art direction through to a usable brand guide. We define the logo, palette, typography, iconography and usage rules. The goal is an identity that stays recognisable and consistent across all your materials, not just the site.
Do you do product design for a web app?
Yes, it is a big part of what we do. We design the full flows, dashboards, forms and edge cases. We think in terms of jobs to be done to reduce the user's effort, screen after screen.
Do we leave with the Figma file?
Yes, the Figma file is handed over at the end of the project. It is organised, named and documented so your team can pick it up without us. You own the design, with no dependency on the agency.
What are the timelines for a design project?
Expect two to four weeks for an identity or a page, more depending on the size of the site or app. We set a clear schedule at the start, with approval milestones. Timelines depend mostly on how quickly you send feedback.
Who owns the project at the end?
It is entirely yours, source files included. We keep no lock on your design or your brand. You can keep developing it with us or with another team.
