The exact software you need
When no off-the-shelf tool really fits your business, we build yours. CRM, client portal, member area, internal tool: custom applications, built by the same team as your site, without the hundred pointless features that bloat SaaS. You keep a lean product your teams understand and that is entirely yours.
Internal tools
Most teams run their operations on shared spreadsheets that eventually break. We replace those files with a single tool, with real roles, a change history and views tailored to each job. We start from your actual process, not a generic template, so adoption happens without heavy training. The result is one source of truth your whole team can trust.
- Shared spreadsheets replaced by a reliable database
- Roles and permissions per user and per team
- Views and dashboards tailored to each job
- Change history and full action tracking
- Import of your existing data at launch
Client portals
Your clients keep asking you for the same document, the same status, the same invoice. A portal gives them a dedicated space where they follow their projects, download their files and see where their requests stand. You cut the emails and the back and forth, they gain autonomy. Each client sees only their own data, kept separate from end to end.
- Private space kept separate for each client
- Live tracking of projects, orders and requests
- Secure file and document sharing
- Access to invoices and message history
- Email notifications at every key step
Member areas
A member area turns content or a service into restricted access, with subscription or tier logic. We handle sign-up, login and the rights tied to each profile. Recurring payment is wired in directly, without a fragile intermediate tool. You track who accesses what, and you open or cut access in one click.
- Sign-up, login and password recovery
- Access tiers and content gated by subscription
- Recurring payments connected through Stripe
- Personalised member dashboard
- Access management and suspension in one click
Custom CRM
Off-the-shelf CRMs impose their own logic, and you end up bending your business to fit their boxes. When your sales process is genuinely specific, we build a CRM shaped around your stages, your fields and your rules. It stays simple because it holds only what you use.
- Pipeline and stages shaped around your real process
- Fields and records tailored to your business
- Follow-up and assignment automations
- Connection to your emails and existing tools
- Reports and metrics specific to your business
Integrations and API
An isolated tool forces your teams to retype the same data from one piece of software to another. We link your applications together so information flows on its own, in both directions. We connect the existing APIs of your tools, and expose yours when a partner needs to plug in. Every flow is documented and monitored, so nothing breaks in silence.
- Connection between your tools through their APIs
- Two-way data synchronisation
- A dedicated API for your own product
- Logging and alerts when a flow fails
AI workflows and agents
AI is only useful when wired into your data and your processes, not as an isolated gadget. We build workflows that automatically sort, summarise or classify what takes you hours every week. An agent can handle a first request, prepare a draft or fill in a record, always under human control. We frame each use around a measurable result, without promising magic.
- Automatic handling of emails, documents and requests
- Summaries and content classification at scale
- Agents connected to your data through APIs
- Draft replies reviewed by a human

Our Process
A clear, transparent, collaborative process
Onboarding
We start your project by clearly understanding your needs. Before that, we send you an email to gather all necessary access (current site, tools, etc.) and give you access to your client dashboard and our communication tool.

Architecture & design
We design your site's architecture and Figma mockups. Internal brainstorming to deliver an initial render consistent with your objectives.

Iterations & validation
We challenge our work with you. No iteration limit: we modify, improve, adjust until the mockup perfectly meets your needs. This phase is collaborative; communication is essential.

Development
Once everything is validated, we develop on Framer or Webflow with Client-First: a universal naming convention that makes your site scalable and easy to take over by any provider. We consider on-page SEO from the start of development so you don't have to worry about it later.
&

Launch & training
We finalize the last adjustments, then launch your site. Next, we train you to be 100% autonomous. Support included for 30-60 days depending on your package. You get access to the Figma file with mockups and design system. After that, you can subscribe to Growth to continue iterating with us each month.

FAQ
Is everything clear?
What is the difference between a website and a web app?
A website presents information: you read it, you browse it, it rarely changes once it is live. An app processes information: it stores data specific to each user, manages logins and rights, and reacts to what you do in it. In short, a website communicates, an app does work. The line is crossed as soon as there are accounts, live data and actions being triggered.
How long does it take to build a web app?
A first useful version, an MVP, usually takes six to twelve weeks depending on scope. A larger app, with several roles and integrations, is measured in months. We always split the project into deliverable stages, so you have something concrete in your hands early. You sign off at each milestone before we move on to the next.
What stack do you build on?
For back-ends and databases, we work with Supabase and Xano, alongside Airtable when a simple base is enough. Hosting and security go through Cloudflare, automations through n8n or Make. We choose the stack based on your real need, not on a trend. The goal is always a product we can grow and maintain over time.
What happens if I change providers?
The code and the data are yours, and we hand everything over: repositories, database access, documentation. We work with standard, open tools, with no proprietary lock-in that would trap you. A new team can pick the project up without starting from scratch. We believe good work shows when you could leave without us, even if we would rather you stayed.
How does maintenance work for an app?
An app is alive: it needs security updates, fixes and adjustments as it gets used. We offer a monthly plan covering monitoring, corrections and a set volume of improvements. You are not obliged to take it, but leaving an app without maintenance is leaving it to age on its own. We warn you before an issue becomes blocking, not after.
Can we start with an MVP and extend later?
That is the approach we recommend in the vast majority of cases. We first build the version that solves your main problem, put into the hands of real users. Their feedback guides what we add next, rather than assumptions written on paper. The architecture is designed from the start to take those additions without rebuilding everything.
How much does a web app cost?
An MVP usually starts around a few thousand euros, a full app costs more depending on scope and integrations. The price mostly depends on the number of roles, the complexity of the business rules and the connections to other tools. We produce a detailed quote after an initial scoping, with no hidden cost along the way. You know what you are paying and why before we start.
Who owns the code once the project is delivered?
You do, entirely, from delivery. We transfer the repositories, the access and the rights over the whole product. Nothing is locked on the agency side, no hidden subscription gates your access. What you paid for comes back to you without reserve.
How are you different from another agency?
Many agencies bill the largest possible scope, even if it means shipping features nobody will use. We do the opposite: we first try to reduce the project to what genuinely matters. If an off-the-shelf tool like HubSpot or Airtable solves your need, we tell you instead of coding custom work. You pay for a useful product, not a display of technical force.
