How Phacet strengthened its digital presence with a new website after Raising 4 million euros
Phacet is a company specializing in artificial intelligence, developing advanced data analytics solutions to help businesses transform raw data into actionable insights. In September 2024, Phacet secured a 4 million euro funding round, marking a crucial step in its growth and reinforcing its expansion ambitions. To support this growth, Phacet aimed to modernize its online presence with a new, engaging website.
The challenge
Following its funding round, Phacet needed a modern, high-performance website that could reflect its ambitions and clearly present its AI solutions to a diverse audience. The site needed to showcase the company's innovative technologies while providing a smooth and engaging user experience. Additionally, it was essential to comply with GDPR standards and have robust analytics tools to monitor site performance.
Our solution
To successfully execute this project, we collaborated with the agency Klimb, which handled the design. Our role was to manage the full integration of the mock-up, adding essential technical features to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Integration and compliance: we worked from the designs provided by Klimb to ensure a seamless integration on the final site, maintaining the modern and minimalist aesthetics created by the agency. We implemented a cookie management system to comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring that user preferences were respected while optimizing the management of analytical and marketing scripts.
- Analytics tools and monitoring: Phacet wanted to accurately track site performance and understand visitor behavior. To meet this need, we integrated various analytics tools, allowing Phacet’s marketing team to monitor key interactions and optimize their strategy accordingly. These integrations also ensured data collection remained compliant with privacy standards.
- Animations and dynamism: to make the site more engaging and reflect Phacet's technological and innovative nature, we developed subtle animations that enhance navigation. These animations were carefully designed to avoid distraction and instead draw attention to essential information, guiding users through different sections of the site.

Is there a limit to design iterations?
No, there's no limit. During the design validation phase (STEP 3), we iterate as much as necessary until the design perfectly meets your needs. What matters to us is that you're fully satisfied before we move to development. This phase is collaborative, and communication is essential.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer a 3-payment plan for Business and Expend packages:
- 50% at signing
- 30% midway through (design validation)
- 20% at delivery
For the Launch package, payment is made in one installment.
What is on-page SEO?
On-page SEO is the technical optimization of your website for search engines: title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure (H1, H2...), clean URLs, loading speed, schema markup, etc. We configure all of this from the start so Google can properly understand and rank your pages. You don't have to worry about it.
What is a CMS?
A CMS (Content Management System) is a tool that allows you to easily manage your website content without touching any code. With Webflow, you can add blog posts, edit text, upload images; all from a simple interface. Think of it as having a dashboard to manage your site with full autonomy.
