This project was developed in collaboration with Interiman Group, a major player in Swiss recruitment for over 25 years. With an impressive network of 71 branches and 10 specialized companies covering the entire Swiss territory, Interiman Group wanted to explore new approaches to reach Generation Z and radically transform the recruitment experience.
The ambition was clear: create a platform that breaks with traditional recruitment codes to offer a fluid, modern experience adapted to the expectations of young Swiss professionals. The challenge was to rapidly develop a functional prototype capable of demonstrating the potential of this new approach.

The Jobly solution: rethinking recruitment
Jobly embodies an innovative vision of online recruitment. The platform offers a radically different user experience where simplicity and efficiency prevail. The central concept relies on intelligent matching that connects candidates with opportunities that truly suit them, without the usual constraints of traditional platforms.
The interface was designed to be immediately accessible and engaging. From the homepage, the message is clear: "The job that suits you, without the headache". This promise translates into a streamlined information architecture and optimized user journeys. Candidates can choose their preferred application method, whether it's a traditional CV, a simplified application without a CV, or even a video presentation, thus offering unprecedented flexibility in the recruitment process.

A modern and agile technical approach
Jobly's development relied on a modern technology stack prioritizing speed of execution without compromising quality. Using Webflow as the development foundation allowed for the creation of a visually appealing and responsive interface, while Memberstack integration provided a robust infrastructure for managing users and differentiated access between candidates and recruiters.
The platform architecture clearly distinguishes spaces dedicated to candidates and companies. Recruiters benefit from a comprehensive dashboard allowing them to track their recruitment statistics in real-time, manage their job postings, and access their talent pool. Candidates, on the other hand, enjoy a personalized interface facilitating their job search and allowing them to efficiently manage their applications.

Innovative features serving the user experience
The platform integrates several intelligent tools designed to enrich the user experience and provide real added value. A salary calculator allows candidates to evaluate their salary expectations according to the Swiss market, while an AI-assisted cover letter generator facilitates the creation of personalized applications. These widgets integrate naturally into the user journey, transforming traditionally tedious tasks into fluid and pleasant experiences.
The platform's multilingual dimension, with an interface available in French and German, reflects the reality of the Swiss market and ensures maximum accessibility to all potential users. This attention to local specificities demonstrates a deep understanding of the target market's needs.

A project conducted with agility and efficiency
The completion of this project in an intensive ten-day sprint demonstrates the effectiveness of an agile approach combined with modern development tools. The delivered prototype offers a complete and professional user experience, ready to host over 3,000 job offers, demonstrating the ability to quickly transform a vision into a concrete solution.
